WooCommerce-Netsuite integration enables you to synchronize customers & orders from WooCommerce to NetSuite in real-time. Product/Item inventory is synchronized from NetSuite to WooCommerce. The goal is to enable users to manage everything on their Oracle NetSuite ERP.

   Customers are synced in real-time. ¡°Add/Update¡± API operations are supported. Admin can define which WooCommerce roles are allowed to sync. All customer data, including billing, shipping address, currency, subsidiary is supported. Some additional features are

       Admin can map NetSuite data like currencies, subsidiary, custom form, sales rep, classes or any other NetSuite field with conditional mapping feature.

       1. 1. Avoid Duplicates

       Before adding a customer, the plugin searches the customer on NetSuite using customer email to avoid any duplicates

       1. 1. Create Customer as Company

       Plugin also provides a feature to enable sending customers as companies. If this option is enabled, the plugin creates a customer as a company when there is a company name in the billing address.

     • Order Sync

   Plugin syncs orders in real-time and order data including customer, currency, order items, order memo, custom form, class, subsidiary, sales-rep, shipping address, billing address, order statuses and shipping Total to NetSuite. Order sync can be configured to work automatically, but the plugin also provides an option to manually add/update order. Some additional features are

       Order coupons can be also sent with order data. This is optional, means can set to enabled or disabled.

       Tracking Information is updated on WooCommerce from NetSuite.Feature to send customer email with tracking information. Orders can also be marked as complete.

     • Inventory Sync

   Inventory is updated automatically on WooCommerce from NetSuite based on SKU¡¯s. This inventory sync works based on Product SKU. WooCommerce Product SKU should match to the NetSuite Item Number. Plugin provides an option to define data sync frequency i.e. Hourly, Twice daily or Daily. Some special features are

     Support for multiple warehouses. So the admin can choose to fetch inventory from default locations or from multiple location.
